As Director of Administration for Lakes Region EMS, she leads strategic, financial and human resources initiatives for a multimillion-dollar organization. Through her work as founder of Ascend Coaching & Consulting, Michelle helps leaders strengthen self-awareness, confidence and influence. She is passionate about developing authentic leaders and believes failure is a powerful catalyst for growth and lasting impact.

Andrea Cole, NRP

Andrea Cole is an EMS educator, speaker and leader with experience in both rural and urban emergency medical services. She is passionate about developing clinicians and leaders through engaging, evidence-based education that combines real-world experience with practical application. Andrea has presented at the Louisiana EMS Conference, EMS Expo, Rapides Trauma Symposium and professional leadership events, focusing on leadership development, resilience, communication and high-risk patient care. Known for her authentic and relatable teaching style, she challenges audiences to think differently, grow intentionally and build sustainable careers while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.

Bre Hyler

Bre Hyler, BS, is a nationally registered paramedic, IBSC-certified flight paramedic and Operations Manager for a 911 EMS agency. With a decade of experience advancing from EMT to operations leadership, Bre brings a powerful perspective on leading as a young woman in a traditionally male-dominated field. She is passionate about empowering women in healthcare to use their voices, own their authority and lead boldly.

Shannon Chambers

Shannon Chambers serves as Senior Director of Provider Solutions for the South Carolina Office of Rural Health. In this role, she supports staff members, grants and time-sensitive deliverables. She speaks nationally on rural health issues and serves as president of the National Association of Rural Health Clinics. Shannon earned her National Registry EMT certification in January 2026.
