Town Hall Meetings for South Carolina EMSThe South Carolina EMS Association (SCEMSA) hosts Town Hall Meetings across the state to connect with EMS professionals, agency leaders, and community partners. These meetings are your opportunity to hear updates from association leadership, share your perspective, and help shape priorities for EMS in South Carolina. Formerly known as the Quarterly Membership Meeting, the Town Hall format creates space for real conversation so SCEMSA can carry your concerns and ideas into advocacy, education, and future initiatives. Town Halls are open to EMS professionals, agency leadership, county officials, educators, hospital partners, and others who support EMS operations in South Carolina. RSVP is required so we can plan for seating and catering. Recent SCEMSA Town Hall MeetingsEach Town Hall adds to the conversation about what EMS needs to thrive. Recent meetings include: Saluda County EMS · September 18, 2025EMS leaders and county officials joined SCEMSA to discuss workforce pressures, education pathways, and local system needs in Saluda County. Feedback from this meeting is informing future workforce development efforts and advocacy priorities for rural EMS in South Carolina. Spartanburg Community College · June 26, 2025The first SCEMSA Town Hall brought together EMS professionals to focus on workforce development, educational partnerships, and training innovation. The meeting included a networking lunch sponsored by Public Consulting Group (PCG) and EMS|MC, updates from SCEMSA leadership, and a tour of Spartanburg Community College’s simulation ambulance.
