In 2022, the SC EMS Association created a brand new publication, titled "The Voice of South Carolina EMS" for EMS Professionals across South Carolina and beyond. As the EMS industry is always changing and evolving, the association’s goal is to provide a quality publication that educates and connects the EMS community.
The Voice for SC EMS magazine is published twice a year and distributed to SCEMSA members, ambulance services, hospitals, state legislators, other stakeholders, and more allowing your company or organization to be seen by service directors, technicians, and service providers to name a few.
The summer issue features a wrap-up of the SC EMS Symposium including a list of sponsors and exhibitors along with a preview of the fall SCEMSA Leadership Conference.
Whether you are interested in letting SC EMS professionals know more about your products or services or if you are interested in submitting an article for publication in the magazine, we have an opportunity for you. See more details below.MAGAZINE ADVERTISING

To make sure we have a high-quality publication with some newsworthy content, SCEMSA wants to publish news about your service!
This is your chance to be recognized for the amazing things your service has been doing! Examples of service news include, but are not limited to: community events your service helped with or hosted, new equipment or vehicles, new staff members, promotions or changes, new certifications acquired by staff, educational seminars you hosted, etc. We would also love to include photos with your service news.
Submissions should be no more than four reasonable paragraphs in length due to space considerations. The purpose of these submissions are to share current news about your service rather than just an article describing your service. In order to ensure the quality of our publication, editing for grammar and consistency may occur. Every effort will be made to ensure that the context of the submission remains the same.
The submission deadlines are - Spring: April 1 and Fall: September 1 for your news to be published in our magazine. Please send your news and/or photos to Mary Napier at mary.napier@scemsa.org. We look forward to your submissions!
