Annual Sponsorship Packages:
January 1 - December 31
Our annual sponsorship packages are designed to offer your organization year-round visibility, including conference booths, advertising, online
promotions, and more. This allows you to budget for a single investment while gaining recognition at various events throughout the year. To maximize the benefits of our annual packages, be sure to sign up by February 1. After this date, you can still opt for individual event sponsorships and exhibitor opportunities.
- Premium Sponsorship: This top-tier, custom-negotiated sponsorship offers exclusive benefits such as a double or vehicle booth at SCEMSA events, priority logo placement on printed materials, dedicated homepage features, and prominent social media recognition. Premier sponsors also enjoy additional perks, including increased meal tickets and continuing education for representatives. Contact Kelly Watson for more information.
- Diamond Sponsorship: At $6,500, this level includes a double or vehicle booth at both the symposium and conference, biannual full-page magazine ads, and quarterly social media shoutouts. Diamond sponsors receive premium logo placement in digital and printed materials and can promote content in member emails twice per year.
- Platinum Sponsorship: For $4,500, platinum sponsors benefit from a double booth at either the symposium or conference, biannual half-page ads in the magazine, and a one-time social media shoutout. This level also includes annual website exposure and a digital sponsorship badge to promote your company’s support of EMS.
