Thanks for your interest in supporting the SC EMS Association through sponsoring, exhibiting, and/or advertising.  

Our partnerships with sponsors and exhibitors allow us to maintain our costs so we can keep the conferences affordable for EMS professionals in our state to attend valuable and quality education. It’s our goal to make our sponsors and exhibitors feel that they’re receiving a benefit for the cost that they’re spending. We sincerely hope you will consider being one of our sponsors or exhibitors and help us in our goal to improve emergency medical services in SC through education.

We have flexibility to fit your needs and goals, so we have multiple options for showing your support. 

1. Sign up for a year-long package by Feb. 1.
2. Sign up for event sponsorships or exhibit options individually for each event as they are available.
3. We can customize a package for you based on your organization’s needs and goals along with the events you want to participate in.

Annual Sponsorship Packages

January 1-December 31 each year - includes conference booths, advertising, online promotions and more.
SCEMSA has created annual sponsorship packages in order to allow our partners to sign up for a package for recognition at multiple events throughout the year. This allows you to budget for one amount for a full year. In order to get the full benefits in a calendar year, you must sign up by Feb. 1. After that date, you can still sign up for individual events as a sponsor or exhibitor.

Sponsor Package registration is available until Feb. 1 each year as benefits run January 1-December 31 each year.

Advertising - The Voice for SC EMS

The SCEMSA magazine, "The Voice for SC EMS" is published by SCEMSA for EMS Professionals across SC and beyond. As the EMS industry is always changing and evolving, the association’s goal is to provide a quality publication that educates and connects the EMS community.

The magazine is distributed to SCEMSA members, ambulance services, hospitals, state legislators and more allowing your company or organization to be seen by service directors, providers, and EMS educators to name a few.
