Booth Preferences/Numbers

You can view a booth diagram here to see the layout. 

Staff will assign booths based on sponsorship level and in the order received/paid along with your preferences. Booth numbers are not necessary for shipment purposes. Staff will ensure your shipments are placed in the correct booth.

Booth Options & Pricing

Standard booths include: one 6’ table, two chairs, WIFI, electricity, AND ONE MEAL TICKET for lunch on Thursday. These are 6’ tables and pipe & drape are not provided. Additional meal tickets are available for purchase. All space is available on a first come, first serve basis.  Spaces are limited, so make sure to register early.

Early Registration Deadline: September 1 – After September 1, booth prices increase by $200.

Exhibit Hall Schedule

Note: The exhibit hall will not be open on Friday morning of the conference. We expect you to stay until 4 pm on Thursday unless you make prior arrangements with us. You must be out of the exhibit hall by 6 pm.

Ship materials to arrive between Sept. 21–24.

Vendors are responsible for any storage fees incurred for materials arriving more than 48 hours before the event. If early storage fees are charged by the venue, the vendor will be invoiced for the cost.

Exhibit Booth Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be made for exhibit registration cancellations made in writing to Mary Napier (mary.napier@scemsa.org) more than 30 days before the conference.  If it is within 30 days of the conference, no refunds will be given.

Hotel Accommodations

We have a room block reserved at Embassy Suites by Hilton Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center for September 24, 2025, through September 26, 2025.
