Vendor Information
We are accepting applications from:
- Retail and artisan vendors
- Community and informational booths
- Food trucks and mobile food vendors
Vendors may choose a one-day (Friday or Saturday) or two-day option. Pricing and full details are listed on the registration forms.
Vendor spaces are limited. Early applications are encouraged.
Refunds are available up to 60 days prior to the event, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Retail & Community Vendors
For craft, retail, artisan, nonprofit, and informational booths.
Food Truck Vendors
For food trucks and mobile food operations interested in serving at the rodeo.
Final placement, setup times, and additional event details will be shared with confirmed vendors prior to the event.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 45 days prior to the event, minus a $50 administrative fee.
