SCEMA's First Women in Healthcare Summit

The South Carolina EMS Association is proud to present the first Women in Healthcare Summit. This one-day experience is created to honor, connect, and uplift women working across all areas of healthcare.

This year’s theme, Rooted in Growth, focuses on resilience, reflection, and professional development. The lotus flower serves as inspiration for the theme. Although it grows in muddy water, it rises above the surface to bloom with strength and beauty. That journey mirrors the path of many women in healthcare who remain grounded, overcome challenges, and continue to grow both personally and professionally.

The summit will welcome professionals from EMS, nursing, behavioral health, public health, healthcare administration, and other related fields. Attendees can expect a meaningful day of connection, shared experiences, and inspiration.
