Sponsorship Opportunities with SCEMSA

SCEMSA offers annual sponsorship packages designed to provide year-round recognition at multiple events, allowing our partners to budget for one comprehensive package. To maximize your benefits for the full calendar year, we encourage signing up by February 1. After this date, sponsorship opportunities will be available for individual events.

How to Register

All registrations are online. You can pay by credit card or receive an invoice via email. Booth space is not reserved until payment is received. Checks can be mailed to:

Registration Deadlines Early Registration:

Submit your online registration by February 1, 2025 to qualify for early registration. After Feb. 1, all booth prices increase by $200. All exhibit registrations and payments must be received by February 15, 2025.

Exhibit Booth Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a refund, minus a $100 fee. No refunds within 30 days of the event. Submit cancellations in writing to Kelly Watson at Kelly.Watson@scemsa.org.

Booth Preferences and Layout

Select your top three booth preferences during registration. Space is allocated to sponsors first, then on a first-come, first-served basis. Booths are confirmed only after payment is received. View a booth diagram here.

Shipping Guidelines

The venue prefers shipments via PRX if shipping directly, ensure deliveries arrive Monday - Wednesday. Bulk Shipments without approval will not be accepted. Opportunity For the first time this year, we are offering exclusive vendor access during the Paramedic Competition! Vendors will have the unique opportunity to set up in the hallway where the competition will take place.
