LEADERSHIP 1 course announcement

SCEMSA is proud to announce the first SCEMSA EMS Leadership I Course.  

We are now accepting enrollment request for EMS Leadership I. This course is an Eight-Week Hybrid Course with Weekly Virtual Meetings once a week (up to 2 hours).

The course is designed for entry level leadership positions and field personnel looking to enter leadership. The course covers leadership topics including leadership theory, communication, leadership styles, and common applications of leadership in EMS.

The course capacity is 12 students and will focus on admitting students who are in entry level positions (FTO, Assistant Training Officer, etc.) and Field Providers looking to enter EMS leadership roles.

Orientation and Class Start April 22, 2024.

Course Cost: $450.00 *Includes course-length access to Linked-In Learning, and E-Text

Funding Support (Grants) may be available for rural EMS providers through the South Carolina Office of Rural Health. We will communicate with approved applicants about funding.
