  • Please select this option if you only want to attend a single day, a one-day workshop, or other options. You will have the option to select registration options on the registration form.
Join the South Carolina EMS Association for the Annual EMS Symposium, where EMS professionals from across the state gather for an unparalleled experience in education, networking, and collaboration. This year’s event has been carefully designed to keep you engaged with exciting new features and valuable learning opportunities that directly impact your work in EMS.

Important Registration Information

Please review the following details before registering:

  • Conference Brochure: View the brochure for all session details, speaker bios, and hotel information.
  • Online Registration: Register through the SCEMSA website, with payment options available via credit card or by mailing payment.
  • Member Discounts: SCEMSA members can access discounted rates by logging into the registration portal.
  • Workshops: Workshops require pre-registration, and some include additional fees.
  • Payment Deadline: Payments must be received by March 20, 2026, to confirm your spot.
  • Multiple Registrations: If you want to register more than one person from your agency, fill out the form, click on “add guest” at the bottom left and add their information. Repeat until you have added everyone, then click on the payment option and confirm on the final screen.
